I accidentally came across volume 13 of MARS about 6 years ago in a pile of free books someone was giving away. Even though I had absolutely no idea what was going on, I was fascinated by the artwork and made it a note to obtain the earlier volumes and dive into the storyline. I'm glad I did. A very great manga series indeed with breathtaking characters.

Awesome.
If you are a fan of shoujo pick up mars, its seriously on the best shoujos possible ever written, its got romance, angst, heart break, and dark secrets without being too cliche or overdone, i highly recommend it

One of my all time favorite stories, the book was used but in a really good condition.
Love this series! Angsty and melodramatic, but a solid read!
great story with dynamic characters. It does follow the standard love triangle many manga have but the characters feel much more real in this series. There are some more adult topics in this series and would not recommend it to for young teens.
After reading this series 4+ times, I finally decided to buy it, but my only choice was to buy it from the marketplace. I chose to only buy "used-like new" books and I was very satisfied with my purchase. FYI, when buying books from the marketplace, there is $3.99 shipping added onto the price of each item. I bought the majority of my books from one seller hoping to get a shipping discount, but that was not the case. I spent $3.99 shipping on every item in addition to the selling price. All together, I spent less than if I would have bought each book new for $8.99. I would recommend only buying manga from the marketplace for $5 or less (so with shipping its the same price as a new book), especially if its a used book.
